Now, for those of you who prefer a few more details: cannabidiol is cannabidiol and, at a molecular level, it doesn't matter if the CBD is extracted from hemp or marijuana. It is the same. As most of us know by now, marijuana, whether medical or recreational, is legal in a few states, but certainly not in all states. And, marijuana contains the compound THC, which is what causes people to get 'high'. Most of us, granted not all, don't want to go through the day 'high' from THC. CBD extracted from hemp has virtually no THC present (I say "virtually no THC" because it can have up to .3% THC, which is negligible) and so people don't experience the 'high' associated with marijuana.
Now, some states have legalized cannabidiol extracted from marijuana, while not fully legalizing the whole marijuana plant for use. Some people prefer CBD extracted from marijuana because it contains varying levels of THC. But, again, for those of us who prefer to not have any noticeable THC in our bodies, the CBD extracted from hemp is our preferred product.
While we cannot tell you which product line you'll prefer, we can explicitly tell you that CBD extracted from hemp is legal in all 50 states.
