  1. Boil the Sweet Potatoes:

  2. Drain and Mash:
    • Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them using a potato masher or fork until smooth.
  3. Add Butter and Milk:
    • Add the butter and milk (or cream) to the mashed sweet potatoes. Stir well to incorporate. The warmth of the potatoes will help melt the butter.

    • Add 1-2 tablespoons of hemp oil to the mashed sweet potatoes. Start with a smaller amount and taste before adding more. Stir well to evenly distribute the hemp oil throughout the dish.
  6. Adjust Consistency:
    • If the mashed sweet potatoes are too thick, you can add more milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency.
