I have been using this remedy oil for a few years to alleviate migraines. It also helps me to sleep when I'm having trouble. I am allergic to aspirin-based products, which includes Excedrin and ibuprofen. I also had a bad reaction to Imitrex which is what I was taking for migraines. I take a half of a dropper every couple of hours and I do this 2 to 3 times and that's what works for me. If I'm having trouble sleeping, I just need about 5-10 drops.
