The 1fl oz bottle contains 100mg of CBD. Each Spray contains 1.25mg of CBD. The 2 fl oz bottle contains 500mg of the highest quality CBD. Each spray contains about 3mg of CBD, and is 2.5x more concentrated than the smaller bottle. Generally, two sprays are taken sublingually per application, but the individual can decide how much to take.
