I have been looking for something to relieve my frequent symptoms of Systemic Lupus, Sjogrens, Arthritis, and Fribromyalgia – mainly being the muscle aches, joint pain, and inflammation that comes with these chronic illnesses; and change in barometric pressure. No one I know uses anything like this so i did my research into several different brands and settled on trying this one due to it being raw & unrefined. I have used this several times since buying it and each time have been pleasantly suprised by the relief I get! I did get the highest strength, 1200mg due to the amt of pain I suffer from daily. I would suggest getting a silicone makeup brush off of amazon to use as an applicator, because this salve is very oily, and you want to only apply it to the affected area and not get any on your hands. I have used it on my temples for headaches & migraines, & on my muscles and joints for everything else. The main problem spot I have is on my lower back and only need about and amt the size of a dime (even a little less) and use the applicator to really rub it in, to feel relief within 5-10 minutes. The first few times I used it I didnt rub it into the area as well and the time it took to take affect was about 20-30 minutes. Being cbd, it comes with the great calming/relaxing effect which is nice to use before bed…but for pain relief from inflammation, I highly recommend this brand!
